Launch of our new BEC online calculator

Our new online calculator from Policy in Practice will support us in conducting customer Benefit Entitlement Checks (BECs) and assessing applicant eligibility for our tariffs, WaterCare and WaterSure.

Customers will also have the option to access a self-serve version and send their application online to a WaterCare advisor.
